Weight-Loss July Weigh-In Challenge

Hey everyone! Hope you are enjoying the summer.

I need abit of motivation for weight loss, so I am starting this challenge. You know the rules, note down your actual and goal weight once a week, starting from Monday 30th June.

Here is a guideline table to use:

Well I have gained for the first time in months. I chalk it up to overeating this past weekend and being injured. 296.6 up from 294.6 om June 21st. I'm gonna shoot for 10 pounds lost this month.
 
Getting out of the 290's for my birthday would be great. It's a lot to ask without my running to help, but I'm going for it.
 
Went for a tiny goal last month and still missed it, though only by a day. I'm going away for a week on the 14th of this month so will probably only join the first 2 weeks of this challenge, my last weigh in opportunity will be the 13th.

Goal= below 133 for 13/7 (original target weight for second festival, brought forward to first festival)
1/7= 133.6
7/7=
13/7=
 
I'm in! I'm embarrassed to admit that I don't know how to get one of those fancy graphs on my post so I'll have to do it old school...

You can also just press the "Reply With Quote" for either of our posts with a table in it. Then delete the brackets that say "quote" and you can type in your info into the already made table. Nothing wrong with old school though.
 
Up .2. I realize that losing weight is so much harder when I can't run. It's all the calories not burnt and it's tougher not to overeat.

My eating has been bad so I am not on track. I'm getting back on track today. No excuses. Hopefully I can salvage the week and not have another gain for Saturday.

I'm a little bit late getting started but I didn't want to wait til next month's challenge. Great job to everyone so far!

I've managed to gain 2.4 pounds. I'm headed in the right direction now, but my goals for the month are shot.
