July 10 Pound Club

Good luck everyone, and Rosered, I would put off weighing until 31st July, but I've only just stopped weighing every day :D Baby steps ;) :D
 
I'm in:

Start weight: 168
Goal weight: 158

An added bonus is a friend of mine is gonna buy me a pair of panties if I loose 10 lbs this month :D

I have been doing well so far, foods been good and I have been walking everyday. I hope everyone else is going well.

10lbs is just over 4.5 kgs, so thats what you would be aiming to lose. You are very welcome to join, the more the merrier.

So, your goal is 69.4 kgs, which would take you nicely under 70 kgs. Good luck, and remember, we are always here for help and motivation ;)

plans

No real plans here except to keep doing what I've been doing. I've been losing an average of 2.4 pounds per week so far while eating 1500 calories a day and walking at least 4 days a week. That's my plan, and for now, I'm sticking to it! :)
 
Hi! I was in last month's 10-pound club and would like to keep it up. It helps to have people to let know what's going on and how you're doing...last month I lost 8 pounds, so it would be nice to lose atleast that! :) This slower pace is nicer than the past weightloss plans I've been on - I think I can actually keep it off this time...I hope! Good luck everyone! :)

Hm... my tactic is to walk everywhere thats under an hr again. Stop being lazy and taking the bus.

Also going to skate 2x a week... cause once i get them skates on.. they dont come off till my feet hurt too much to stand anymore.. :D Will have to stay away from food court food though. And stay around 1k cal.. not above 1.2k cal.
 
For this challenge I will start counting calories I think, I hate not knowing exactly what I'm taking in. On an exercise day when I burn at least 300 cals I'll be taking in 1500cals in food. If I'm not exercising then I'll just have 1200 I think. Does this sound OK?:confused:
 
This month I am going to cut out sugar again - although this past weekend was not good at all! :( But I've done it before and gave myself one day a week where I treated myself, and did really good at it. So, that's my goal! :)
 
I am going to be properly monitoring my cals for this challenge, not my usual approximating and guessing weights. Also if I do have treats on a weekend, I will still count the cals and try to make sure that they are maintenance days.

And, of course, I will be trying to kick ass on my trip to John O'groats ;)
 
Hey everyone! Just checking in to see how everyone is doing. :D I weighed in today as sort of a mid-week check in but I am making sure before I post it. I hope it was right! ;)
