July 10 Pound Club

I did an unofficial weigh-in this morning and I was down 2.4 lbs from my 07/01 weigh-in. If I can keep that steady for the rest of the month I'll have dropped the 10 pounds. That is way too exciting! I just gave myself some extra motivation I think!!! :)
 
Congratulations guys, you are all doing so well.

I lost 2 lbs from last Friday which is much better than expected. I did put my start weight as 178, as I had been 177 on Friday morning, but had eaten some naughty stuff on Friday evening. However, I have decided to start this challenge at the lower weight of 177lbs as it will keep me more motivated, and I doubt I put a lb on overnight. So that is a 2lb loss. I am hoping to do two 2lb weeks, and two 3lb weeks.

I hope it is okay with everyone that I changed my start weight, but it is to my disadvantage ... ;)

Keep up the fantastic work guys!!

I am down to 206. So I lost 6 pounds since my weigh in last Sunday. Yay! Wasn't losing anything for awhile and then joined this challenge and bam! :D
 
Way to get over a plateau Hypo!! :) You can put your feet up for the rest of the month now :D Keep up the excellent work.

OOPS! :eek: Wow! I was tired yesterday! That was supposed to be I lost 2 pounds since we started! (Maybe a little more now. ;) ) Sheesh!! What the heck was that? Wishful thinking? :rolleyes:
 
2lbs is great. Congratulations Hypo!! You wouldn't have wanted to lose 6lbs anyway .... it would have taken all the fun out of the challenge ;)

From walmart, but I stopped using that the last time that I posted. It did not seem to make much of a difference.
 
What does green tea do for one exactly? :confused:

I put on 1 pound but have since lost two so in total I've lost 1lb so far, will be pushing a bit harder the next two weeks because of the group challenge.
 
green tea helps your metabolism speed up. Faster metabolism means your body burns food and fat faster.. and you loose more weight.
 
Okay, I peeked early. I usually wait for Friday, but this week was a wash with weighing in on Monday for the group challenge and having my TOM. Anyway, I felt like most of the bloat was gone, and I wanted to see where I stood now, so here it is...

224! Down from 228 on July 1. :)
