Juice is the better option for weight loss

You can go for juice if you wanna loose your weight. we can find so many juices in the market this is better option we can some proteins and vitamin and we can loose weight also. there is no need to do exercise.

Drinking juice is no different from drinking a glass of sugar.

You're better off eating a balanced diet and eating whole fruits and veggies.
 
No matter what you put in your body you still need exercise at least for the cardio health or you may be 110lbs but unable to even walk a mile...
 
Well, it could be anabolic steroids instead! ... Which may not actually let you lose weight without exercising, but would probably help your BF% :p
 
Is it? Then i will be greatly pleased as i am annoyed with exercises and that will be really a great relief for me. Though i am not a big fan of juices, but i ocassionally have them. Now i will have it on regular basis instead of exercise.
 
i've heard about acai berry supplement. it helps burns fats and aside from that it is a powerful antioxidant so i guess it prevents cancer and other diseases. it's also available in juice form and tastes really good. the taste's a mixture of chocolate and wine. has anyone heard about this?
 
Antioxidants do NOT burn fat. In fact, there is no one study that suggests that Acai berry does anything. It's not even the thing with the most antioxidants.

Then again, you guys all follow the same script. 90% of posts that ends 'Has anyone heard of this' is a scam or ad disguised as actual discussion...
