Hello everyone, so here am i. Just joined the forum yesterday, validation went to trashmail so today is my first oficial day as a member.

I'm 27 years old, always been "chubby", but now i feel it's enough. Next December 7th i'll be running my first marathon, so i need to get rid of all these extra-pounds.

I'm planning on losing weight through running and wiser nutrition. I make some recurring mistakes with my food, such as skipping breakfast (because i work until late, and then i get out of bed close or past lunch time), and a bad case of bedtime "munchies". I used to drink lots of soda too, but i don't have any problem on simply risking that out of my diet.

Actually 183 pounds, My main goal is to be about 140 by the time of the Marathon, 7th December.

Let's see how it works. Will this be the last time i "start losing weight"?
