Joints hurt when lifting heavy

It's really bad if some of my joints hurt when I lift weights isn't it? Is there a way to strengthen those joints? Such as my elbow. Should I wear a brace when I work out instead?

i had elbow problems and i did things such as drab a free weight in ur hand and just move ur wrist back and forth and up and down. just any direction....that little bit of weight will strength'n ur elbow and the tendons and crap around it.

First place I would look to is form. If your form is spot on and it is a concern to you then practice compound movements that don't place to much wear on that joint when being angled. For example if it hurts your elbow to do skull crushers switch up to dips as it works the same sets of muscle but isn't as straining on your elbow. If pumping away at bicep curl variations, do chin ups instead. Basically the more your whole body is involved, the less isolation stress is going to occur. That stress and strain will be distributed through out.

Totally agree with theleip here. I was going to say form aswell. If you're connecting and changing lever balance points properly through the lift not only should it not hurt, but it should be easier to lift more with less effort.

Failing that or to support that, besides looking to your diet for the quality of your glucose and glycos and your vit c and calcium and vit d and the quality of toxin elimination of the build up in your jointfluids ( which is probably going to maker noo sense to you whatsoever), I'd try some extra stretching or some callesthenics .. besides literally mobilising the joints and connective tissuess it also gets you familiar with what good form looks like through the various lvls of improvement. the pain imo is dry joints from crusty gunky fluids that dont permit your joints to lube and nourish properly or it's because the connective point of your tendon is kinked and needs heating and restretched into position.
