Joining the club

Hello one and all. Just wanted to drop a quick line and introduce myself. I'm a 27 year old male who just recently joined a gym and am looking for some good workout pointers. I play soccer, basketball, raquetball, and run frequently. I am currently training for triathlons and a marathon later this year. This seems like a good place to be with concerns about weight training and overall health and I look forward to hearing your input.
