Well it finally got here, mate I opened the box.. there it was (a mirror with
a sticker on it saying "A5" look into it. I picked it up and all I saw was me.?
There was a note in the bottom of the box that said" You can wrap yourself in machines, take pills, hide behind lycra,drown yourself in miracle cures & quick fixes. But when you throw all that stuff aside YOUR LEFT WITH YOU
Mate you only need 3 things to make it happen 1 INTENTION 2ACTION &
#3 YOU. take out any one of these 3 and it's not going to happen. Today or
tomorrow.. I'd rather be the lead husky in a one dog pack. In other words
run your own race. It'll be your attitude and spirit, that point us in the right

Gday mate, my post before about the RZ5000 was for every one about
training, there are smart ways to train, I spent some time as a grunt in
2/4 RAR Australian infantry, time os, A DIGGER. mate they don't muck around
when you're in the BIG GREEN MACHINE, Sapper 6 sounds like his got his
act together. Follow his lead. Mate generally running, THE 2 Minute Push up. Are a good start. Mate they'll get you fit. The fittest you'll ev er be. AUSSIE

G'day everyone, the RZ5000 was a joke, read the name again ! Get it.
Sorry some may not have gotten it. Australians have the ability to laugh
at ourselves. "TAKE THE P*** out of ourselves. We tend to laugh in
adversity, when things are at there worst. Soldiers tipify this trate.
It's our identity, LEI YUN FAT missed it, sorry mate. Saw your note
shame you didn't understand what i was trying to get across.
( IT WAS THIS ! It was a shot at me ,ourselves & how we surround ourself
with everything we can find, but really it's simplicity that has holds the greatest value. What we are,not what we've got....! GOT IT.
Whilst I'm here ,I saw another (newbie ask a ? .He was genuine
& sincere.Then another member Took A Cheap Shot at him, his question,
his speech, mate you know who you are,we have a word for that,& the type of person doing it. ( *****R & J******T) We may all have our own training beliefs & Systems, It's great to have (freedom of speech)even to disagree.
but when it comes down to it. Mate,Iv'e got nothing to prove;)
