Hi all, well it's about 9.am here in the land of the Aussie's so I might be the first.
I only joined on tuesday and the last time that I weighed myself was about a week or so before and was 159 lbs
. Before that I was over eating every other day.
I started to watch what I was eating on Wed and of course yesterday. For the last 2 nights I stopped eating at 6.pm, god that can be hard especially since I don't fall asleep till around 12/1 am in the morning. I also take a diuretic each day for my b/p so I can't blame fluid for too much weight gain (or loss I suppose) anyway the good news today is I weighed in at 157 lbs. I will say my starting weight is 158 lbs because for me 2 lbs in two days seems abit much.
