jiggly fat vs. solid fat

have you ever seen an overweight person that somehow seems to carry that excess weight just right? i knew a girl many years ago that had really thick legs, but they were still smooth and shapely. then there's me, who has that jiggly fat that doesn't look so good. My question is this- how do some people manage to be heavy and solid, while some are heavy and-well...jiggly? oh- and can i turn my jiggly fat into more solid fat(i don't want to lose my butt entirely!)?

Don't know for a fact, but I'm pretty sure that just means they have a lot more muscle underneath the fat.

Well apparently its because the fat cells are breaking down, causing the "jiggliness". Its a good thing, since it indicates that it is slowly being removed and replaced with muscle or lean mass.

At least thats what this site says.

I think that sounds kinda strange! i've had jiggly fat all over my upper thighs and butt forever! but to be honest, i went off of my birth control(was having lots of trouble losing this excess fat) to see if it would help, and i've lost 4 lbs in the last 2 weeks! the jiggly fat is finally hitting the road! maybe it was jiggly cuz it was ready to leave, but it could'nt because of the extra estrogen? i dunno-weird:confused:
