Well I figure I may as well start a journal so I can keep track of what I eat/how much I exercise a bit better.
So, today I went biking for an hour and a half this morning(kind of, my crank came off nearing the end
) and today I ate
Lean Chicken Breast - 110 Calories
Nectarine - 70 Calories
hot dog - 250 Calories
steak(really small) - 150 Calories
side ceasar salad - 200 Calories
half an ear of corn - 60 Calories
Total for the day - 840 calories
