Hey everyone my name is Jack Graham and I was born in St. Peters hospital Chertsey (near London), On the 19th of November 1991. As a child I was very ill with extremely bad asthma leading me onto various medications including steroids. Anyway I hear alot about how this makes people gain weight although I did not have this side affect and i was a fit child weighing the correct bmi until i was around 10. At this age i was very fit and i moved to Leicester after 3 years of a martial arts hobby in which I trained 6 hours a week with. Soon after moving to Leicester I kept eating big portions as always not gaining any weight until the first of the two things which triggered my rapid weight gain was discovered. Firstly I found the internet which became a habbit first off not so bad just playing a few hours a day but when moving to my Dads I started playing aroud 8 hours a day on average going out only on Friday and Saturday to go out and when I was 15 onwards to drink etc. Anyway
with this internet habbit came no exercise so i became inactive. Then the second part came COKE i started drinking a 2ltr bottle of coke a day weighing just 13 stone around 2 stone overwieght through highschool (5 years) i gained
nearly 7 stone). Anyway this is getting long so basically thats what my downfall is I don't tend to over eat I just don't exercise and I drink to much coke which today I have attempted to give up again replacing for diet coke or black Coffee. I once attempted loosing weight and went from 19.8 stone to 18.7 stone, But then a personal thing was discovered and I just stopped going to the gym taking my thermogenics and eating my 1400 calories a day. So know Im eating around 1500 in food on an average day and 1800 in Coke. Which is causing me to gain weight as it is above 2000 and i am not exercising. So basically I really want to give it another go for college as all the dates and girlfriends I have had have gone for my personality despite them actually being quite good looking (lucky me ^^) but I tend to have problems in both casual and serious relationships. So basically I want to train in the 4 months leading up to college and try and get down 3-4 stone which is achievable. Then just to keep a steady but less strict regime going for throughout my two years at college. I have good friends that have stuck by me but even when we go out it isn't great fun for me as I have trouble getting girlfriends. Also I have stopped drinking on the weekends and I have not drunk any lager since new years. In terms of meals at home I eat very healthily in general, Tonight for instance I had a Stir Fry, The night before I had a Chicken risotto and the night before that a Chilli (lean mince) And I count my calories most days they hit around 1500-1800 but its the coke that is basically doubling that.
My weight : 282 Pounds (19.8 stone)
My Goal : 180 Pounds ( 12.5 stone)
Being of big build I intend to get fit as well as smaller and build some muscles but that is in the future.
I'm basically joining this forum for support help and hopefully some msn contacts with support and motivation as I find it hard to stick to it even though I have alot of friends constantly offering to come gym with me etc.
Anyway here are some Pictures of me below and around my current weight.
