I've reached my goal!

In my first post I said I lost 7lbs in 9 days and I was chuffed to bits with that. I thought it would be difficult to get anymore off, but now since the 4th of February i've lost 18lbs.

It has now put my BMI into the average section :)

My weight loss has slowed up, but i'm still losing 1-2lbs a week which is much more healthy, where as before I was losing 3-5lbs a week.

I keep setting myself little goals so it feels like I achieve something, ideally I would like to lose another 10 lbs.
