I've Lost The Weight, Now I've Got Loose Skin

I’ve just turned 20. I’m male.
I used to weigh 209 pound (95kg), I was pretty overweight.
I have lost that and now I’m 154 (75kg), but I'm left with a lot of lose skin and I don't know where to start. Should it tone up naturally (because of my age) or do I need to excursive? If so, what sorts?

I've got loose skin under the arms and stomach. Does anyone recommend jogging as a good way to tone up?

Same here

Any useful info replied to this post would help me too, nd guess many others too, cuz thats what happens many times when we lose lot of weight or shred more kilos. So please reply with some reliable info and suggestions.

i've read that after 35 years old or so most people have trouble with their skin shrinking back if they lose a lot of weight. because of your age maybe you'll be able to reabsorb some of it, i'm not sure. i would talk with a doctor about this. good for both of you for losing the weight, though. :)

I think (but I'm not an expert) from reading magazines and these boards that when you're young your skin is still very high in elasticity so it may shrink back. When you're older I think your only option (although it's not the best one) is to have plastic surgery. [similar to what shimmering said]

Congratulations on the huge weight loss though! That's awesome.

Thank you, I should maybe talk to my doctor. I was wrong with my weight equivalent. I'm 71kg (156 pound) from 95kg (209 pound). I’ve been at this weight (70-75kg) for nearly a year now. I don't think I should lose any more as I’m 6' tall. Most of my friends are my high and slim and lean and they weigh much more then me.

I was talking to a friend who used to be horrible obese (he lost 60kg/163 pound). He is in his 30's. He recommended that protein is the best thing for me as it is good for skin.

I've been eating rice meals:
-Rice
-Chicken
-Vegetables
-Occasionally egg
-Occasionally soy sauce

It’s all low to no fat. I’ve been doing it for about a month now, does anyone think this could help?
Also I try protein shakes.

I’m not a fitness freak, I do exercise but not a lot. I do only eat healthy.

Thank you all very much, it's something that bothers me, this is the first time I have asked anyone for their oppion on the subject. Thank you
