I've lost the old me....

Ever since HS, i've lost interest in keeping in shape. It has nearly been 10 yrs and i really need to start now. I'll be going through each catagory/thread to find answered but for the most part i do have injuries that could be deadly. I've looked over several different forums and this is the one for me. It has better structure, more info. maybe not as many members or posts but that doesn't mean anything. :)

What do you mean by the statement I have in bold?

Welcome to the forum.

Best wishes to you

best of luck

I hope that you can find a new better you. I think the person we all were in HS for the most part should stay in HS. Just improve on how great you can be now.

well best of luck to you!!!

I have injuries in my back which are from dislocated or not being straight spinal cord points. I have a neck problem since i crack it so much everyday. My knees pop nearly everyday and sometimes i have pain. The joints are morelikely done for, hehe. I might have hernia, because that part hurts in some cases maybe for weeks or even months than it slowly gets better like i don't feel pain. But when i get out the car i do feel the left side sting alittle. I also have a tissue, or a muscle inbetween the triceps and biceps that hurts when i do either arms or bench.

Quick question: I'm joining a gym today, it's $90 total which is a $24 Initiation, 1st and last month $29 payments. Does that sound good to you guys? I actually cancelled a previous membership because it was around $200 which is rediculis. Now this one is suppose to be multi for the membership kind, but we are having a problem with the Rep. i think she might be high or something. :)

$29 is not a lot for a gym, but of course it all depends on what you get. What do the other local gyms charge and what do the others provide?

Spinal Cord...

I thought about writing a long post, but decided to simplify it:

Personally, if you have these physical health problems you need to seek professional medical advice before even thinking about training in a gym.

Have you seen the appropriate health professional pertaining to your physical problems?

I am not even going to begin to give you advice on training and diet due to your back and spinal cord complications along with the other health issues you partially explained.

Best regards,

Chillen
