Thank you for your reply. I started in August 2006 and I went to the gym each day, 1hr a day during 2.5 months. I have now given up this, as I'm working harder in the office as we are in the bussiest months of the business and I can't unfortunately go to the gym.
Anyway, that's a bit of an excuse, because still can do some exercise during the week. I do some running, at least once a week but that's nothing.
Regarding my diet, I use the Mckenna book "I can make you thin". It's really working to me. He basicaly says there are 4 golden rules:
1-Eat when you think you're hungry.
2-Eat what you like, not what you think you should be eating.
3-Whatever you eat, do it slowing, chewing each bite at least 20 times (I don't really do that)
4-When you are hungry... STOP.
This, allows me to not to choose any diet, but carry on eating whatever I fancy but in smaller portions.
Meanwhile, I have cut down severely the things I certainly now I shouldn't be eating, things like crisps or chocolate.
I will consider to start my own diary using this webpage.
I'm using the weight table but under another nickname. I'm "Didacus" in there. The reason why I have created a new nickname is because I cannot create threads or reply a thread for an unknown reason (perhaps I didn't registered properly or something). I have contacted the manager of the web but I've received no reply.
But anyway, I'm "Fatness" now and I can create and reply threads.
If you've lost already 14Kgs, that's really REALLY GOOD!!!!!! You're a good example!!!
