no way man. its not safe to lose that kind of weight over a sustained period of time, when i first started losing weight i lost 6lb in a week but after that i was razzled. just take your time, your body will not be happy with you if you decide to attempt to lose that kind of weight so fast. not a good idea, imo unless your morbidly obese i dont even think you can keep offloading for so long. anyway good luck man but dont set unrealistic targets, it simply equates to losing motivation when your goals arnt obtained
