I've done it!

So after setting my short term goals earlier this year I have reached my first milestone and have never felt better!

Back in April I decided that this year would be the year to focus on achieving the body I have always wanted (I am now 28).

April - 21.1% BF 81.8 Kg

My short term goal was to reach sub 15% BF

The progress has been constant but more rapid towards the end due to my huge increase in mileage on the road bike

September 4th - 14.8% BF 72.9 Kg

Now to set new goals :)
