Hi. I don't want to say much in here because I don't want to have to repeat myself. I am on a no sugar diet. I've been on it one month. I am not overweight at the moment though i was when i started this diet. I binge eat sugar foods so i decided it best to quit altogether. I need to keep myself motivated to stay off sugar for life.
