Hi. I don't want to say much in here because I don't want to have to repeat myself. I am on a no sugar diet. I've been on it one month. I am not overweight at the moment though i was when i started this diet. I binge eat sugar foods so i decided it best to quit altogether. I need to keep myself motivated to stay off sugar for life. I thought a diary might help. Enough for now. What else should one say here. ...
 
It's hard to keep a balance, so sometime elimination is the best way to go. I know I can't control myself with cheese, so I've cut cheese altogther. Hope things are going well.
