I've come for advice on loosing weight...fast :)

Hi everyone.

I live in Manchester, UK.
I am a 20 year old father to a beautiful new baby boy :)

Last week I weighed myself, and discovered I weigh 18st4lb :eek:

I instantly went out and bought healthy foods, and then looked for diet plans. I have been trying the Slim Fast 3-2-1 plan, so I have been drinking 2 slim fast formula shakes, 3 snacks, and one 600 calorie meal a day. I then found out that this plan takes a while to loose weight.

I really want to loose weight fast!!

I was 18 stone when I was 16 then went down to 12 stone in 2 months due to depression, but when I met my current partner, I put the weight back on again :(

I need to find a plan that will help me loose weight very fast, I have good will power so am willing to try anything....as long as it isn't too expensive :)

Hi! Welcome to the forum. If you want to lose weight quickly and keep it off I recommend either counting calories or try the 17 day diet. I've lost 18 lbs in 1 month on th 17 day diet. It's 3 cycles and a maintenance cycle. Anyway, good luck and Welcome!
 
The best way to lose weight is to do both a combination of a healthy diet and exercising!

Really don't know if we can help you in the way you want. Weight loss needs to be slow or the chances of hurting yourself/regaining the weight is high.

Instead of aiming for fast, would you like to aim for safe and steady? Everything about your mindset right now isn't helpful. I'm sorry. We don't push fast, dangerous weight loss.

Now, if you want to do this is a way that will help keep the weight loss and be healthy then WELCOME!

For that, I'd suggest starting a food log (diary). For one week, write everything you eat. Then, you can look back at it and make changes to your diet. We have a section that you can write in.
