Hello all, I am new to weight loss as a topic for discussion. Fortunately
for me, I haven't had any personal weight issues to deal with, so I don't know if I'll be able to make any significant contribution to this forum, but I'll try.
If you don't see much from me by way of suggestions, support etc. it's most likely because of that. However, I will try to make an effort to be supportive and make contributions if I think I can be of help.
Also, I will be checking in regularly and keeping up to date on postings, so please feel free to post to me, even if I haven't posted much myself.
I think as I get more and more involved in the forum I will be posting more.
