Its working! I am losing weight!!

Hello everyone!

I only joined this forum a week ago but I have lurked for a while. When I started my journey to weight loss I was worried about sticking to a diet or forking out for gym membership. I needn't have worried. I have lost 10lbs in 2 weeks just by moving more and drinking more water.

I have a considerable amount of weight to lose so I decided to start with the exercise and leave the diet for later. I didn't want to hit a plateau later down the line and have no aces up my sleeve. Guess what? Its working!

I walk with my kids in the stroller at a reasonable pace for 1hr every day. I have done this every day for 2 weeks and watched in amazement as the weight on my scales read lower and lower.

As a newbie I am interested in what other newbies are doing to lose weight and how everyone is doing. In particular I would love to find a diet buddy who has roughly the same amount of weight to lose as I do.
