I here its best to loose weight with friends. so i figured I would look to people that know the pain i go through emotionally as a heavy weight. Im known as a good guy. but the old saying goes good guys finish last. I want to be healthier and I want to inspire people....so i figured i would start new, screen name and all..its time i gave my nick name a lil power and use it for the common good. :lurk5:

THANKS, To whom it concerns. im in my 30s and well into my 300s. my goal has always to slim down a lil for me and my family. My wife and me make a great couple. i want to inspire others as well as the family we are raising..God bless all and im here if anyone needs me. I joined becouse i find when im reading about weight loss it makes me more aware. I should have a degree in how to loose weight becouse ive been doing it most of my life..Every year we have a compition on loosing weight that everyone ends up ruining. The amazing thing they dont have a weight problem and they make it worse more then they help. So I want to do this with perfect strangers that share a common bond. my family is at a stressfull time in our life ( Job loss )and i want to be the hero. The one that helps pull em through. They say people tend to over eat when stressed. I want to avoid this and push through.. I cant do it alone.:grouphug: I have a gift to inspire others. this is my plan at the same time i hope to inspire my self. i hold myself to high standards and when somthings wrong it pulls me down like a ton of bricks. the lil things especially. the major things i go through like their nothing. Works been good to me. I am so thankfull to have a job. Now how can we inspire each other to move on and break down those brick walls and get on with our lives..My happy life...BD
 
^^ i believe you will achieve your goal this time. its soo amazing the reasons behind why you are doing it... i would love to be able to uplift peoples spirits as well =P
