Hello, there! I'm a normal female with the problem several other females do. I'd like to know if there is any way that I can lose the last 10-15 pounds around my stomach. I'm getting back to track condition, yeah I know its only November but it rushes by, and I'm trying to get in better shape for sprints. Any recommendations on diet or excersize would be good. Here's my schedule:
Monday- walk for 30 minutes
Tuesday- leg weight lifting, running about an 800 meter, and form runs.
Wednesday- running about 800 meter, working on legs again with special leg muscle building, and form runs
Thurdsay- weight lifting for arms, running the 800, and form runs
Friday - leg weight lifting and a run for 30 minutes
Saturday- run for 30 minutes and arm weight lifting
Sunday- hard run for 30 minutes
crunches and pushes are done all week from 500-200 crunches in a sitting, and push ups are dones as well for up to 100-200 a sitting
I'm having trouble burning off this ugly skin underneath my arms, extra hip fat, and the smallest of pouches on my tummy.
I'm currently 5'4 and I think with the muscle I'm trying to build around 125 would be a good weight for me. I tend to fluctuate around 138-140, and I'm wondering if 125 is a healthy average weight to look for. I'd also like it is someone could give me tips about eating out, major weakness since I go out with my family.
Also, if anyone knows anything about varying up excersizes I'd appreciate it, and if anyone knows any good ways to learn how to sprint better I'd like that.
My goal is to lose 10-15 pounds and to keep it off. Any help would be appreciated.
