Hi!
Here I am, coming back like a full grown idiot to lose the same weight I have been trying to lose for years. 
That said, I am doing something I have never attempted before. I have totally revamped the way I cook dinners for my family. I invested in a Biggest Loser and Weight Watchers cookbook and prepairing meals like this for the whole family instead of having a Lean Quizine while feeding my family things like speghetti...that is destined to failure.
I have also changed foods I regularly make to cut out the fat. I have lost 12 lbs 14 oz since the new year. I am also now going to be adding in the exercise. I TiVo'd some exercise programs on Fit Tv and will be trying those out...and I have a great treadmill too.
