its been one month since i started my exersize

i used to do 200 sit ups a night for about 2 weeks

then i started to notice nothing new so i almost gave up, but i continued on doing 100 sit ups a night, with weight lifting, leg lifts, etc.

i used to not eat more than 3 meals a day but my stomach was killing me.
so i still eat about 5 meals a day.. but i try to tell myself when i am full, and to just stop...

i weighed 170 lbs when i started, now im down to like 163. but i want a flat stomach and to lose my love handles! i cant seem to do it though, i see no visible signs of weight loss :( just that i lost my double chin, i have a lonnnng neck now
 
Patience is a virtue. You didn't gain all the weight in a month---it's going to take more than a month to get it off BUT! If you continue to do that things that you're doing I guarentee you that the weight will come off. Just keep plugging along. :)

As Kaitie said...you didn't put the weight on over night. It took me TEN YEARS to get to where I am now.......and it's going to take awhile to get down to what I want to be.

You can do it! And you have come to a GREAT place for support! :D

i think 1 reason you cant see much difference is because you need to burn the fat off before you see the results its no good doing 200 sit ups a day if youre not doing cardio aswell trust me ive tried the same way as you and it gets you know wher hun try jogging or if youre not upto that do something that will get youre heart pumping still do the sit ups but make sure you do cardio x
