i used to do 200 sit ups a night for about 2 weeks
then i started to notice nothing new so i almost gave up, but i continued on doing 100 sit ups a night, with weight lifting, leg lifts, etc.
i used to not eat more than 3 meals a day but my stomach was killing me.
so i still eat about 5 meals a day.. but i try to tell myself when i am full, and to just stop...
i weighed 170 lbs when i started, now im down to like 163. but i want a flat stomach and to lose my love handles! i cant seem to do it though, i see no visible signs of weight loss
just that i lost my double chin, i have a lonnnng neck now
