Hello everyone!
My name is Madison. I am a college Senior with TERRIBLE food discipline. I have creeped from 118 lbs (when I graduated high school) to 160lbs. Sounds like the freshman 40 to me... heh.. Anyway, I'm ready to change. Really and truly. I've toyed around with dieting in the past, but I always seem to forget my goals when I am around good "food." This time is different. I have gone the entire week eating nothing but healthy foods. I want the body and confidence I used to have. But I know the only way to do it is to have someone, ANYONE, willing to keep me on track. Anyone have any tips? Want to be friends? Want to tell me what an idiot I am for gaining 40lbs? Please do. I need it!
