In 1998 I was a branch manager of Avco(now GE) finance a competant bodybuilder and kickboxer and very fit and 85kg then I developed schizophrenia and was put on drugs that turned me into a zombie and blew me out to 120kg about a year ago I was put on a 3rd generation antipsychotic which has less, but still a considerable weight gain effect but at least it has made me more normal in terms of social and cognitive skills I worked hard and went from 120 down to 105kg,then in February this year I developed chronic fatigue and haemachromitosis where you have to much iron and have to go fortnightly to get about a litre of blood taken out to reduce the iron levels, then I was diagnosed with malignant blood pressure of 240/140 for most of this year I have been under Doctors orders not to exercise. Finally after treatment my blood pressure is down to 150/90 and whilst still permanently tired and not sleeping to well there is finally some albeit limited petrol back in the tank.Today I am 175cm and 109kg in these last 5 months of inactivity i've put 4kg back on.Now I can start to do something again I have resumed a diet and exercise regimen,I hope to be 90kg by Christmas.
