Italian Beef Vegetable Soup

Ok, I'm terrible and don't measure seasonings, but I'll try to guesstimate.

1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp rosemary
2 bay leaves

1 29 oz can tomato sauce
2 29 oz cans of water
1 med. potato
2 large carrots
3 large stalks of celery
2 med. tomatos
4 oz roast beef

chop everything, chuck it in a pot, add seasonings, stir and boil till the vegetables are tender.

Tastes great!

tomato sauce or crushed/diced/whole tomatoes that you can chop up in the can?
 
just tomato sauce. I add two tomatos later because I don't like the squashy texture of canned whole tomatos.
