It just wont budge....

Hi,

I am new to this forum and am looking for guidance.
I don't have very much weight to lose, but am 5kgs away from my goal weight and I just cant seem to shift it! I eat very healthy, apart from one day on the weekend when I will have pizza or takeaway and work out at least twice a week, but also walk for 30 mins a day to and from work... but I seem to have hit this weight range and now if I just cant move! I have yo -yo'd over the years and used to eat much more and weigh a lot less so I'm not sure what is happening.
Any tips on how to get these last few kilos off??

Hello Alex1066, Welcome to the Forum.

I have been told that you have to be VERY strict with yourself when losing those last few pounds. Really watching what you eat. I as well have another 10-15 lbs to go and this past week I have slipped up major. I was being a lil too strict, and since I am still learning, well I've been binging like mad. Long story short.

Yeah I have been pretty bad this last week and have not lost a thing, have probably put on a kilo if anything!! Kickstarting this week with salmon and salad and getting back into my healthy routine.
Trying not to eat too many carbs, cos I think that's what makes me gain weight and bloat out. Have a big rellie do this weekend and want to look nice and trim!! (if possible!!)
I was wondering, do you know any diets that can make you lose a significant weight in a short period of time and actually keep it off? All these fad diets I read about seem to make your body think it's starving so you will just pile the pounds back on as soon as you finish the diet?

Hello and welcome to the forums! Another think to it the last of the weight won't budge is to change your routine up a bit.
