It is time for me to lose weight

I am new to the forum. I'm 14 years old, 5'9, 180 lbs. I have a kinda big gut, and I am desperate to get rid of it. Can y'all give me advise on exercise, dieting, and diet suppliments to use?
 
Start walking every day, 30 minutes.

Drink water. Give up sodas and diet sodas.

No diet supplements. Take vitamins.

you are 14 years old, drugs are not the option for you, drugs aren't a good option for an adult but they are especially not an option for a child. You can correct your eating habits and exercise.

Do you play any sports or can you start any sports programs for the summer?

Talk to your parents or guardians about your desire for a healthy eating program.. your body is still changing and developing, you want to make sure you are getting proper nutrition.
