Hello everyone, ran across this website while doing research on the net aand have read my interesting things which caused me to join!
Anyways my reason or posting is because I need advice. I am 19 almost 20 years old and roughly 5'10 and used to weigh close to 200 pounds last year. Over the summer I lost about 20 pounds just doing at home exercises and eating less believe it or not. Then I was stuck in the 185ish weight for a while. I started the gym at Bally total fitness I would say around February, and have been going consistently at least 3-5 times a week. Currently I am at about 173 pounds and continue to go consistently. My problem is that I feel like my body formation is totally weird. It seems like my ribs pop out way too much to look nice. Also it seems impossible for my body to show abs, I really don't know why. I have attached a picture to show what I mean. Basically I just need advice, am I not working out hard enough?(Usually go 1-2 hours at the gym when I go alone, 3hours when I have a partner), I work out my biceps, triceps, obliques, abs, upper back and lower back. Am I still fat or just need to lose more weight? Any insight will be appreciated, and if not posted in the right section pardon me. This is driving me nuts!
PS: Also pardon the Clorox stain on the pants, those are my at home pants lol.
