Hey guys...i JUST got back from my 6am workout. I didnt have anything to eat before...i just got done with a bowl of oatmeal with my protein mixed. But my question is....is it ok to do have of my weight training before and after i do cardio? and also....when i did my cardio...it was a stationary bike...i rode for 45 min at about 110rpm the whole way through..my target heart rate was 130-140...and it said i burned 280 calaries. did i actually burn more because i didnt eat before my work out and there was no glucogen and glucos in my system? thanks for the help!!
