Is this normal?

So...last week had a bad week. Cut my excercise by like 30% and ate "bad" during the week. Usually I reserve 1-3 meals a week where I eat whatever. This week was probably double. I step on the scale fearing the worst and discover I actually lost .5-.75 lbs.

Now I'm wondering if this is normal? Or expected? I've definately jumped my metabolism since I've worked out. Maybe that's it?
 
It's possible to continue losing weight. Just get back on your normal routine and eating menu asap. You don't know if you lose fat or muscle or both. Best thing to do is eat and workout the way you know is right :)
