Is this normal ? 7 pound loss in 4 days.....

hi im new kinda turning into a fitness fanatic...
i joined a gym 4 days ago...
first day i did an hour of cardio
an hour of weights
and 45 mins of swimming....
it was hard, but i enjoyed it.
i have been eating less and more healthy... this has been my routine for four days i have lost just over 7 pounds...

is this normal ... my thinking is that its just water but meeehhhh i feel better and ima keep it up ...

any advice or tips ?

i wanna get rid of these blasted man boobs lol ....:seeya:
 
Normal for first few days yes, you have "shocked" your body and it has lost fat, muscle and water. It may continue to do so for a few more days but not very long. Its around 2lbs per week the max your body can lose from fat, it simply cannot metabolise any more then this and so you will lose muscle and water and even bone density as an addition so go easy on trying to lose too much weight too fast, you'll only lose more muscle and losing too much weight too fast will result in upside down hormones, your body prefering to store calories as fat as it doesn't like the speed of the energy its losing and you will find your man-boobs will be around alot longer.
