Is This Healthy?

I cut out carbs and sugar and excersied more. I lost 7 pounds then couldnt lose anything for a few weeks. Recently I went to one big meal a day and lost 8 more. How healthy is this?

Simple question, simple answer, No.
The human body is designed for a high complex carb diet at an anatomical level. Cutting sugar fine, all carbs dangerous.
A lot of diets tell you to cut carbs because doing so forces the body to break down lean mass which means very sudden weight loss but in a way that cannot be maintained safely. They will either send the body into starvation mode where the metabolism will dorp to maintain weight, as in your case, or the person will come off it and put the weight and more back on then go back to their diet, the infamous, dangerous, but very profitable situation known as yoyo dieting.
Eat a balance but less than you need and this will give slower sustainable losses. In the short term the body will gain back some of your loss as it has been in starvation mode, be ready for this, but you will be able to lose weight for as loang as it takes to achieve your target at the rate of a pound or two a week on average.
