That's 1.4 pounds per week. Healthy sustainable weightloss is 1-2 pounds per week. Anything above this rate in the long run results in more muscle loss. This will make it harder to keep losing and often results in regaining the weight. You've done well.
I've always lost fast and regained in the past. This is the first time I've done it correctly and it is difficult to get out of that mindset that the pounds should be flying off, but it's healthy. A lot of times you lose at a much faster weight initially and then it slows. My average is 1.5 since December. I'm trying to gradually increase to the 2 pound average.
