Hey guys,

I'm getting a little frustrated.
I'm going to the gym for an hour 3 days a week.. at least 2 days a week I'm doing squats and free weights with my arms for about 20-30 mins and I'm trying to keep my calorie intake to around 1600
so far nothing... it's been 2 months roughly :mad:
 
Eek scarey, Perhaps lower the calories a little more and up the cardio to about an hour. Make sure you have a day break where you dont do a workout also sometime each week.
