I've been on a long cut and I have a high metabolism. I eat 3700 cals/day. I'm somewhere around 10-11% body fat and I currently weigh 186.6.
For the past several weeks I've been losing 1 lb a week (which I consider perfect) then this week isn't even over yet and I've lost almost 2 1/2 lbs. Should I worry about it if it is just one week losing this much? I really don't want to lose any hard earned muscle mass. Come to think of it, I noticed earlier in the week that I was peeing like crazy. Is it possible that I was carrying that much water at this low of a bf%?
