Hi everyone,
I am kind of looking for advice or even some thoughts. I have been wanting to lose weight for such a long time and I eat very healthy. I am vegetarian, I rarely eat junk food or drink alcohol and I'm extremely conscious of what I eat. For the past two months I have been working out almost every single day. I run at least 2 miles a day (sometimes more if I have the energy) and I go to a 45min-1hour pilates class three times a week. I have noticed that doing the exercises have been getting easier as time goes on and it hurts a little less each day. When I initially started doing this and taking it very seriously I lost 6 pounds. In the past two weeks I have not changed much, besides maybe snacking here and there because for some reason I thought it was okay because I was under the impression my metabolism was speeding up and taking in these extra calories (wheat thins, pretzels, popcorn, trailmix, dried fruit) would be acceptable. In these past two weeks I regained 3 pounds and I'm getting extremely frustrated with myself. I work so hard but see minimal results. I just feel like I am doing something wrong...help?
