I've loved Nutella my whole life. My Italian grandma started feeding it to me when I was just 3 years old. It has been a love affair since.

About two years ago when I was really fed up of my weight, I told myself I had to ween myself off the stuff. It worked on and off. I'd go months without it and then have a taste at my parents house (spoonful right out of the jar.. YUM!) and I'd get right back into it for a few months. About a year ago, I really gave it up completely and for a while, not a day would go by without me thinking about it. Eventually, I kicked the habit... sort of. I can't have it in the house or I will gobble it all up so I just don't buy it anymore. hehe :)

It sounds stupid but I really just try to avoid the evil "Nutella" aisle in the grocery store hehe.. Just seeing it makes my heart rate go up in excitement. Sometimes it'll be on special and they'll move it to an unexpected location in the grocery store and I'll come across it and be like :O "OH NO!!! Don't look directly at the Nutella!! Might fall into its trance.." :willy_nilly:

But, I LOVE chocolate in general and I don't think I can ever fully give it up. I have a piece now and again (maybe once a week)

Cheese - ya'll can have your sweets and your salty things - i looooove cheese... but good cheeses - not the processed velveeta or the overly salty american slices.. real good aged irish cheddar or some other delectable tidbit... especially fresh mozzarella (one of the things i miss m ost about new jersey)

I don't have it daily but every other day I will - and as soon as I buy it will portion it out and i'm set for the week...

I love me some cheese :)

I was going with the low fat babybels for a while but they just don't satisfy the way real cheese does

I'm with you! It's all about the cheese!
Alone or melted all over some yummy yummy goodness...
MMMMM.

Ever notice even the worst cheeses (like kraft singles) taste fantastic melted?

Oh yes! :)
Cheese... cheese food... it's all the same in the realm of yumminess. :) lol

However, Kraft tastes good.. but it does melt weird... kinda like plastic lol.
Hmm. the things we put in our bodies. :ack2: .. and we like it!

....yeah thats me... BUT the only place i have trouble with moderation.... spaghetti... I LOOOOVE my spaghetti! one tiny little serving just isnt enough...

Chips, cape cod reduced fat to be specific. I eat them everyday. However, when they aren't in the house I don't eat them everyday. How weird is that? :biggrinjester:

Bread. And Soda! I'm like an alcoholic when it comes to juices and sodas.
