It's Something I've become very paranoid about as of late, I don't think I'm become weaker, there are many things in which I've drastically improved, but since I started taking thermobol, focused entierly on resistance training at the gym (For cardio, cycling distances of 16 miles+ in my spare time as well as too and from the gym) and losing 5lbs+ a week its obvious I'm losing a good bit of muscle there, but in comparison pictures my muscles don't look to have gotten smaller at all. It must be from areas that I don't often use and cant see from pictures.
So, is there a way to tell how much muscle I've lost? im going to focus on building it after I lose my fat anyway but still I'd like to minimize my losses
