I made that commet because it seems like you exchange pure information without considering the human ellement with how you choose to exchange that information. Meaning, information without the niceties... In that comment I'm reminding you that this whole forum is not about just exchangeing information, it is about us and our real lives... If I'M unreal, as in my comments are astonishing, then so be it...

a) How long have you been dieting?
I'm actually eating more, I had to up my calories. I used to skip meals. I'm only on my 3rd week
b) How much weight have you lost?
6lbs
c) Are you tracking your nutrition?
Yes I am
d) If so, how?
An internet based calorie counting site
e) How/what do you eat? Is it the same thing most days of the week?
Yes now that I am eating consistintly I am eating mostly the same things each day.
Oatmeal, fruit, slim fast, yogurt, hard boiled egg, 1 diet soda, 1 glass of milk (in coffe/oatmeal) 2 cups of coffee, 2 servings of veggies with dinner, and some kind of meat. (dinners change but, everything else is staying the same, I have not gotten very creative yet) 1 low cal chocolate pudding
I try to get in around 1,800 to 1,900 calories.
