I've always been curious about this. I mean getting lipo or some other procedures can be a great start if it seems like you're just never getting anywhere, but is it a long term fix? If you get lipo would that cause you to toss your dieting/fitness methods and go back to eating unhealthy etc. and have to get lipo again? Just curious if it's actually helpful from people who would know.

Thanks.

Hi Robestrong;

The problem with surgery is that it onlt treats the symptom, the pounds. The real problem is how we think and what we think about. As a clinical hypnotist for 12 years I've learned that when clients become peaceful, calm and focused positive change usually follows. I have treated many clients who have eaten past their lap bands and put all the weight back on.

I hope this helps;

Paul
