is my friend fat?

Trick question. What is her BMI and/or fat %. More than likely, she is a little overweight. But, if she is 14% BF and all muscle than no-way!!

No matter what, I wouldn't call that weight-to-height ratio fat.

yeah, what's the difference? some of us are destined to be bigger, and some of us smaller. is she willing to work hard at it? otherwise, it may be futile.....

i'm 5 feet three inches, and weight 116. howard stern calls that chubby. maybe he would have liked to have seen me when i weighed closer to 140. lots of people still said i looked thin or thin to average...but some if it is how you're built; i'm petite and small boned.

what's your friend like? she may have more muscle ........
