Is it true the situps help you lose weight on the stomach? It's common to see people doing situps when they're overweight as if it's supposed to help them lose weight, but I thought they were only good for abs and whatnot.
You can't target specific areas for fat loss. Situps don't help you lose fat in your stomach. Only eating a calorie defecit will help you lose fat the way your body is programmed to lose it.
