Rather than doing exercises is it possible to by proper diet to reduce our stomach,hip and thighs? If not please refer some healthy methods so that I will be healthy and fit too.

By ensuring that we consume less calories than we burn - we will lose weight... this weight will come off our entire body including the areas that you mentioned.
 
It is possible; however, most people who have long term success incorporate both healthy eating habits and exercise into their daily routines. Doing just one or the other is often very difficult to maintain. If it is something you are interested in and that you think you can stick to, you should give it a try. If it doesn't work, I would encourage you to explore an exercise routine.
