hi i lost 15 pounds and i compared pictures and i thought when i was fat i looked better honestly i dont know why. is that possible or is my mind playing tricks on me, i look kind of like a girl now and im a man now that i lost weight.

help

I honestly don't know anyone who thinks they look better fat.

However, I'm wondering if you might not have some body image issues that are beyond the scope of the forum. If losing 15lbs makes you look "like a man" .. then possibly you weren't "fat" to begin with?

It's hard to say without knowing more about you - how tall you are, how much you currently weigh, etc.

this is incredible to me....

pictures please?

im not sure what else to tell ya... hard to decode this post... or make sense of it without a visual?

no i lost 15 pounds and now i look like a girl and i am a man

i used to weigh 170 now i am at 155

Those numbers are still meaningless w/out knowing how tall you are, etc.

It's possible that you didnt' need to lose weight but instead needed to get in shape with exercise. Some people mistake flab for fat. It's possible to be a healthy weight and still not be happy with your shape because you have no muscle "tone".
